Founded in 1997 by legendary Belizean fly fishing guide Lincoln Westby, Blue Horizon Fly Fishing operates inside the protected waters of the South Water Caye Marine Reserve, in an area known as “Permit Alley”. This epicenter of the flats fishing is known as the finest permit fishing in the Caribbean, attracting anglers from around the world to their fabled flats.
